The Plum and the Lilly

The plum and the Lilly.
The plum see's a lilly for the first time and well, doesn't care much. The plum thinks, "A lilly isn't my type. Lilly's are too different."
When the Lilly see's the plum, she thinks to herself, "A plum is too purple for an orange and red lilly."
But as time went on, the plum and the lilly saw eachother often for they liked the same things. Over and over again, the plum and the lilly would think to themselves, "I could never like it. It isn't my type."
After seeing eachother so much, the plum and the lilly began to talk. Then see eachother more. Then finally the plum couldn't deny his feelings for the lilly.
"You know Lilly, I really like you," he said, expecting to leave after that. Then the plum remembered that they went the same way. The plum blushed red over the purple skin. The lilly saw this and said, "I like you too, plum."
After this the two grew closer. They are still only friends, but the lilly with her beautiful smile, and the plum with his sweet heart, they make such a beautiful combination.
